The ACP is committed to supporting Welsh Assembly Government’s policy and seeks to disseminate best practice and promoting health wellbeing and the sustainable development of all regions of Wales through supporting and developing the social care workforce to value the uniqueness of every individual and place the person at the centre of service provision, promote the richness of language and culture in Wales today and leave an improved philosophy of life and healthier environment for future generations
